Outbound Call Center Representative
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote business development.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and interests.
- Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for successful outbound calling.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus)
- Previous experience in outbound calling is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers over the phone.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
