Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee, manage and implement systems related to the maintenance and appearance of Cayetano Development's completed subdivisions, statewide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HOA management, Smartwebs software, property maintenance, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities and Initiatives:
- Create and manage a system to enforce deed restrictions
- Review, edit, and improve CCRs and Bylaws before recordation.
- Build and track an operating budget for the existing HOAs, MUDs, and WCIDs
- Coordinate HOA meetings based on the rules of the community bylaws
- Coordinate and manage yearly maintenance contracts with stormwater management companies
- Identify and request maintenance for MUD and WCID assets as necessary
- Create a system for handling incoming calls related to deed restriction violations.
- Coordinate monthly inspections of all subdivisions
- Track restriction infractions and coordinate monthly demand & violation letter mailings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to leases and resident issues
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- Handle administrative duties such as reporting
- Utilize Smartwebs for property management tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with Smartwebs or similar property management software is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Understanding of property maintenance practices
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Self-starter who can work independently to create solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct others
