As Legacy Healthcare Services continues to strengthen our internal marketing team, we our now seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, you will develop and execute campaigns to promote our services. You will use a variety of tactics such as SEO, web content, link building, social media and more to build awareness and engagement. Additionally, you will coordinate training events, video shoots and podcasts to promote Legacy Healthcare Services.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing with experience communicating with different audiences through various mediums. Excellent writing skills are essential along with strong organizational abilities. We want someone who is creative, resourceful and results-driven in implementing effective strategies that drive brand loyalty and lead generation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement impactful SEO strategies, including but not limited to content strategy and technical SEO improvements
- Responsible for researching keywords, competitors, and industry trends to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Monitor and analyze website data reports, keyword rankings, and backlink profile to make improvements that increase conversions and domain authority
- Assign and manage link building tasks
- Manage social media channels
- Editorial design, newsletters and other publications
- Knowledge of current and past design and art trends and thought leadership
- Monitor our online reputation and respond to reviews
- Assist the sales team with videos, sales decks, email templates, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales materials
- Coordinate training events, podcasts, and tradeshows
- Develop and present monthly reports to track results of your marketing efforts
Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Creative mindset and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies that drive brand loyalty, lead generation, and engagement with clients
- SEO experience - 1+ years
- Google Analytics experience - 1+ years
- HubSpot experience - 1+ year
- Understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation.
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
