Bare Necessities Spa & Boutique is seeking a part-time Client Coordinator in the Montrose and Tanglewood areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of reception experience, preferably in a medical, hotel, or spa environment, and a strong motivating spirit. The primary qualifications and requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- A strong passion for customer service and sales
- Sales/retail experience
- Accountability
- High level of positivity and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Computer skills, Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Drive
- Strong ability to multi-task, organizational, and planning skills.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa
- Ability to promote/up sell spa services (waxing, facials, spray tanning)
- Handle daily administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
