Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Retention Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients via phone, email, and potentially in-person meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized service.
- Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to enhance client retention rates, including proactive outreach, renewal reminders, and upselling/cross-selling of relevant products.
- Policy Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure they align with their current needs and provide recommendations for adjustments or additional coverage.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system, and generate reports on client satisfaction metrics and retention rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Claims, and Underwriting to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
Qualifications:
- P&C Licensed
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or client retention within the insurance industry is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and services, including policy terms and coverage options.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant applications.
Education:
- High school diploma required; additional education in business administration, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
