Job Responsibilities*
This role contains a mix of responsibilities for short and long-term projects and events, including client seminars, customized conferences, and the annual continuing education cycle. Routine tasks are balanced with the need to accommodate change as the training calendar evolves.
Whether online or in-person, the Training Coordinator provides great service to internal and external customers to assist with:
- event scheduling and logistics
- online platform production on Zoom
- materials printing and shipping
- LMS management
- processing participant applications and pre-work
- on-site logistics and more!

We are a mission-driven business, where our focus is on helping our corporate and individual clients discover and develop their strengths. Our events are a mix of virtual and in-person, and some require physical materials and on-site support. We are looking for someone located within commuting distance to our office in Phoenix, AZ, though the ability to work remotely a couple of days/week is possible after a training period.
Education and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment with customer service and/or administrative/project support responsibilities
- Previous work with events or training is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
1st yr Compensation: $19-22/hour DOE
