We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our growing company!
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of the organization’s IT service office in Columbus, GA. This role will greet visitors, answer phone calls, ship and receive packages, and provide general administrative support for the office. Additionally, the Receptionist will maintain office supplies and assist with various clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- High School or GED

1-3 years of relevant experience

Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors, informs employees of visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to the appropriate locations.

Answers and transfers phone calls or relays messages.

Coordinates shipping and receiving of IT equipment and other packages.

Responds to internal and external inquiries.

Collects, distributes, and sends mail.

Maintains office supplies.

May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, or photocopying.
