Wadesboro, North Carolina law office seeks well-organized individual as a full-time receptionist and legal assistant. Responsibilities include general reception, including answering phones and transferring calls; communicating with clients, adjusters, attorneys and others; ordering medical records and bills; creating summaries; verifying medical balances; filing, copying and scanning; running errands; closing files; general office tasks; and other duties and projects as assigned.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Strong computer and typing skills (50+ words per minute)

Candidate must have reliable transportation and must be able to work five days a week.
