PLANNING, Inc., a small SDVOSB training company, seeks Subject Matter Experts with a background in federal retirement benefits to work with us in presenting our training programs to federal government agencies.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will bring your years of experience and know-how to training sessions with our clients both in the Washington, DC metro area and across the country. Expected areas of expertise include FERS/TransFERS, CSRS/CSRS Offset, Social Security, Medicare, and FEHB and FEGLI, as well as other insurance programs.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- 10 Years of Experience
- Demonstrated experience and ability to present course materials in an effective and engaging manner for classes of any size
- Committed to learning and keeping up-to-date with any changes and updates to federal benefits programs
- Ability to provide information in a virtual or in person environment
