About the role
We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as Client Advisor in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will represent our comprehensive suite of solutions and services, fostering new business opportunities and fueling company growth.
Ideal candidates for this role new or existing are sales professionals with a desire to be in control of their compensation. You need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategically align our solutions with client needs to drive growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound cold calls to a targeted list of potential clients to generate interest and set up appointments.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Continuously refine and improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and services to prospects, highlighting how our solutions can address their specific business challenges and objectives.
- Qualify leads and gather pertinent information to assess the prospect's needs and potential fit with our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interaction, and progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Maintain an excellent rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met while continuously exploring opportunities for further growth and partnership.
- Develop and execute sales strategies by identifying customer needs and proposing the appropriate solutions, aiming to exceed individual sales quotas.
- Generate new business through various techniques including, but not limited to, cold calling, in-person meetings, participation in vendor events, and referral generation.
- Consistently initiate sales calls, pursue prospects to secure meetings, and explore sales opportunities, thereby building a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while consistently seeking net new business, demonstrating a targeted understanding of customers' businesses to establish needs and build positive relationships.
- Develop and maintain territory and account plans outlining how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis. Adapt strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the delivery staff and pre-sales specialists as necessary to address customer requirements and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Overcome objections and obstacles in the sales process, displaying charisma and drive in all situations.
- Participate in scheduled business events to create and expand vendor and client relationships, contributing to the development of a broad professional network.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional outbound sales experience in IT or Business sectors
- Ability to cold call for appointment setting into mid-market and small enterprise prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with decision-makers
- Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and then convey them in a clear, concise manner
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably articulate Intersects value to prospects.
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to maintain an executive presence during all client interactions.
- Proficient in networking and public speaking, with excellent writing skills.
- Highly reliable, resilient, and committed with a collaborative, team-oriented character.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, based upon performance
