Job Description (This is a sales position)
The Project Manager is responsible for cultivation of new clients, evaluating client needs; establish payment terms, preparation of project estimates and scope and to manage project personnel and equipment with the goal of delivering projects on time, within budget and within scope.
Responsibilities
· Successfully seek out and establish new Client relationships and manage the relationship with existing Clients
· Meet with Clients to evaluate needs and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility
· Presentation of project estimates/proposals outlining project scope and pricing to Clients
· Scheduling of projects while ensuring resource availability and allocation including the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
· Develop project plan to monitor and track progress
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Measure of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation through the successful close out of project
· Generate and qualify leads
· Monitor and maintain established sales and gross margin goals
· Accurate reporting of all sales activities, Client contact, project presentations and current projects in progress
· Other duties and responsibilities as designated
Requirements
· Previous experience in project management in the construction/crane or manufacturing environment
· Good educational/practical background, preferably in the sales and/or construction environment
· Self-starter who applies individual initiative to get the job done
· Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
