Summary/objective
The Central Admin Agent’s primary function is to support 62+ corporate facilities with billing, collections, customer service and other administrative duties.
Essential functions

- Communicate with local facilities by phone to research and resolve customer service issues
- Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve billing and administrative inconsistencies and errors.
- Produce invoices and process payments.

- Data entry of completed facility delivery/pickup paperwork into proprietary software. Competencies/skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with a focus on peak and regular season billing administration
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organization skills, including detail orientated with strong follow up and follow-through skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word)

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Work environment
Working conditions for this position are in a standard office setting which is generally indoors in a controlled environment.
Physical demands
The physical demands for this position include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone for 8-hour shifts. Position requires ability to exchange ideas quickly and clearly and the ability to receive and evaluate detailed information and instructions. Light physical effort required including pulling and lifting or moving lightweight material with occasional lifting or moving materials or equipment (over 5 and up to 25 pounds).

Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year(s) experience working in a high-volume customer service environment
- Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
