Primary Responsibilities:
· Coordinate Incoming/Outgoing communication regarding transportation.
· Provide customer service by developing good working relationships with customers
· Proactively handle customer shipment routing requests
· Prepare reports as requested by customer
· Maintain customer profiles/carrier profiles in McLeod
· Resolve Customer problems and complaints
· Create and develop ways of streamlining operations wherever possible
· Complete and/or assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
· Actively look for new Customer Opportunities
· Work Closely with Van Driver Managers on Truck Planning
· Help maintain customer profiles while gaining new customers
