**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in project management and possess a strong understanding of various methodologies and tools. The Project Manager shall monitor development activities/progress and provide visibility into actual progress to maintain GSA management awareness and to support timely management actions when necessary. Tracking and oversight shall also involve tracking and reviewing the software accomplishments and results against documented estimates, commitments, and plans, and adjusting these plans based on the actual accomplishments and results.
**Duties:**
-Provide project management support for IT applications and business systems managed
by the PB-ITS and ancillary support to other PBS offices, including regional offices
● Provide project management support for Building, Monitoring, and Control (BMC)
systems, Smart Building technologies, program implementation, documenting the
inventory of business systems, as well as network design architecture. This support will
entail site visits or using existing information to document network riser diagrams to
show devices, locations, cabling, IP-enabled controllers or components as well as model
and type for building systems
● Develop and maintain a roadmap for the project, including a critical milestone schedule
that documents the most important schedule issues for management attention. Examples
include cost, schedule, scope, and quality variances, and providing recommendations to
address any variances
● Develop and maintain a technical roadmap to track software lifecycle, software end-of life, and technical debt
● Coordinate and plan meetings, where appropriate, including program management
reviews, and walk-through/design reviews
● Provide project progress reports and other management documents as specified in project
deliverables and as required by the Government management; support business line
customers in the conduct of user acceptance testing (UAT); perform an ongoing review
of program status; identify risks; document program progress including implementation,
timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course; assess results and
determine and implement risk mitigation solutions as appropriate
