Position Summary
The snack bar and beverage cart attendants are responsible for meeting the food and beverage needs of our guests at the golf course. This role works with other coworkers from around the course to provide excellent customer service and an overall excellent guest experience. Flexible work schedule with the varying needs of the golf course and business need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Know and abide by all club policies and applicable state and local laws when serving alcohol to guests.
- Follow club procedures for handling and storing food products in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Serve food and beverages to customers. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to club specifications.
- Prepare food throughout the day as needed, anticipating, and reacting to customer volume.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons of the golf course.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Must be available to work during summer holidays.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
- A customer-service mindset with a dedication to service and presentation.
- Must remain alert at all times to perform essential functions of the position.

- Knowledge and basic understanding of the game of golf.

- Experience working around, handling, operating, and controlling kitchen equipment and products in a safe manner.
