Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance within the DebtNext Software organization.
General Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with Team Leads to ensure that all business operations are in line with Company policies and procedures
- Long-term planning to support the Company’s goal
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to optimize profitability
- Communication with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Operational workflow (reporting, reviewing company policies for areas of improvement)
- Design and Manage control systems to address cases of exceptions to company standards for process workflow

4) Incident response policy, controls, and measurement
5) PSM compliance
6) Health check compliance
7) SHI measurement and auditing
8) PHI measurement and auditing

10) Time reporting, measurement, and compliance
11) Resource allocation, measurement, and compliance
12) Vendor management
13) Asset management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or proven experience in a similar role
- Strong Leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable with legal and regulatory processes to ensure company compliance
- Critical thinking skills

Note: It is our goal to open an office in the Mesa or Phoenix area. This new team member will be instrumental in helping the business grow with this second location. The position will transition from remote to hybrid once the expansion occurs.
