Job Description:
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Zemits devices to spas, salons, and professional aestheticians across various regions through direct communication through social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of aesthetic equipment and the ability to demonstrate, explain products, and close sales effectively to potential clients through online chats. In this role, all communication with clients will be done through online chats and forums. Additionally, you may have other responsibilities delegated from the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Proven experience in sales or international communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- In this role, all communication with clients will be done through online chats and forums
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
- Proficient in managing customer relationships and the sales process through CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Help Sales Manager with additional tasks as needed such as scheduling consultations for sales team members and additional duties as needed.
- Customize aesthetic solutions to address the specific needs of potential clients.
- Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages from international clients on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and engaging presence on social media to foster strong relationships with clients.
- Responding to client inquiries on social media platforms as well as comments on posts and direct messages.

Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Social Media
- Prior Experience in Cold Sales or Online Sales
- Must speak English. Bilingual preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Passion for skincare and aesthetics.
- Proven sales experience and desire to grow in the aesthetics industry.
