Seasonal Role Compensation: $21 / hour
Full Time Role Compensation: $4k-11k per month commission pay
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Associate to join our team. This role combines the excitement of interacting with customers and the responsibility of managing our vehicle inventory. We have BOTH full-time and SEASONAL positions with guaranteed 40 hrs per week!
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for cars and a desire to learn about automotive products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Efficiently move vehicles between locations and ensure the lot is organized and presentable.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, establish a rapport, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing, to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Showroom Support: Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance and cleanliness, ensuring it is a welcoming environment for customers.
- Test Drives: Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives, highlighting key features and addressing any questions.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and processing paperwork related to vehicle sales and transfers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support overall dealership goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
