- Handle phone systems efficiently, directing calls, taking messages, and providing information to patients.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating charts, and processing paperwork.
- Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless patient flow and accurate documentation.
- Utilize Eaglesoft or similar software for managing patient information and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Support the office manager with various administrative tasks to facilitate daily operations.
**Experience:**
- Proficiency in scheduling software and familiarity with phone systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial.
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with attorneys.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
