Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced yet dynamic VP of Sales to create, nurture and convert leads to paying customers. The VP of Sales will be responsible for establishing new relationships with potential clients, maintain existing relationship and create a predictable sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead sales initiatives to exceed performance targets, leveraging an extensive network and established relationships with US based SMBs and enterprises.
· Cultivate new business opportunities and expand the customer base by tapping into an existing contact network and fostering strategic partnerships.
· Drive revenue growth and market expansion through innovative sales strategies and deep engagement with key industry players.
· Spearhead the development and execution of sales plans that prioritize relationship building and strategic networking with top-tier companies.
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Utilize an extensive existing network and relationships with world-renowned enterprises to secure new business and expand market presence.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry, enhancing brand recognition and trust.
· Lead a strategic approach to networking, ensuring the cultivation of long-term partnerships that result in sustained revenue growth.
· Guide the sales team in leveraging their personal and professional networks to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
· Implement a relationship-driven sales model, emphasizing the importance of building and maintaining connections with high-value clients.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in the technology sector, and a strong track record of achieving growth targets.
· Proven ability to leverage an extensive contact base and established relationships with globally recognized enterprises to drive sales success.
· Demonstrated expertise in networking and relationship management, with the ability to foster and maintain connections that lead to business opportunities.
· In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and its key players, enabling effective strategic planning and market penetration.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate and influence at the executive level.
