Primary Responsibilities
As a Civil Staff Engineer, your responsibilities would include:
- Working with a team of engineers, surveyors, and technicians to design, plan and manage a variety of civil transportation, municipal, and private development projects of all sizes
- Assisting with the completion of engineering studies, designs, drawings, and maps using computer aided drafting and other technical software
- Assisting in the development of roadway plan sets, specifications, and reports
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in a Civil Engineering related field. A minimum of 2 years of related engineering design and/or project management experience is preferred but not required.
- A registered Engineer-In-Training or demonstrate appropriate experience.
- An ability to analyze, interpret, develop and utilize technical documents
- Understanding of Municipal and DOT design standards
- Understanding of Bentley Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Self-motivation, organization, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
