Safavieh is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for the website and the vendors/partners associated with it. This person will also be responsible for online marketing and merchandising, and execute all website optimizations, including product launches, A/B testing, and campaign management. They will be responsible for new features and functionality as well as third-party integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a brand promotional calendar to meet promotion and sales plan
- Plan brand & marketing strategy to maximize traffic and conversion
- Manage with partners email and SMS campaigns inclusive of marketing, promotional, triggered and lifecycle campaigns
- Identify and prioritize bug fixes as needed with the development team
- Implement site optimizations in the form of SEO best practices, A/B tests, new features & functionality, sorting, filters, and on-site search.
- Create and build out compelling landing pages, category launches, banners, promotion pages, site refreshes, etc.
- Upload new products, product descriptions, product details, product images, and additional content as needed
- Ensure that product pages are consistent and site content is congruent with brand identity, strategic direction, and promotional activity.
- Work with Customer Service to develop action items for website development, merchandising, or marketing initiatives
- Oversee customer journey from website navigation through checkout and delivery
- Regularly communicate with each vendor to confirm product launch details, site updates, and promotional calendar.
- Update weekly and troubleshoot any inventory feed issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, ideally at a home/fashion brand
- Experience with Shopify platform is mandatory
- Strong Excel skills required (mostly Vlookup and Pivot Tables)
- Extremely collaborative and high attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
