Landscape Construction Project Manager - Commercial Division
Landscape Construction Project Manager - Residential Division
Lanoha Nurseries' Landscape Design & Construction Teams are expanding to add 2 Landscape Construction Project Managers to the teams. Lanoha Project Managers assist in all phases of landscape installation. Including hardscape demolition & construction, softscape installations, and landscape maintenance planning. Tasks associated include construction site management, job site layout, project layout, contractor correspondence, material acquisition, and establishing/exceeding timeline goals. Work day mostly spent on job sites supporting construction teams plus some office setting work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with construction project management
- Knowledge of hardscape materials and installation processes
- Basic knowledge of plants in our region
- Construction or landscape crew leadership experience; ability to foresee needs of the team
- Computer & Software Applications: Microsoft Word , Email, Excel, Data Entry, Client Quotes.
- Construction Software Applications: Blueprint interpretations. Internal and External Construction Support Applications. Invoice Processing/Acumatica, Bluebeam, Pro-Cor
- Collaboration, communication skills, and positive attitude
- Self-starter who is committed to producing quality work that exceeds expectations
- Extremely well-organized. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize
- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, anticipate re-prioritization
- Educational Background in Construction Project Management, Landscape Design, or Landscape Architecture desired
- Experience with operating construction equipment desired
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Blueprint interpretation, project coordination
- Hardscape installations; Cross collaboration between Designer and front line installation crews
- Softscape installation support: Cross collaboration between front line installation crews and Designer
- Designer/Leadership support through client communications
- Team leadership. Anticipating needs of the front line installation crew, clients, and plant supply lines. Creative problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Professional representation of Lanoha Nurseries toward internal teams, clients, and contractors
