The employee in this position will be responsible for executing on the departments strategic vision while supporting all aspects of the environment. These essential functions may include, but not be limited to; monitoring of specific metrics, establish and set-up of processes, gathering data analytics and educating managers on processes and procedures. The position also includes user support duties that will include both end user systems as well as servers. The employee will report directly to the leader of the IT department.
- Meet end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the networks managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.
- Deliver on key projects involving the IT department.
- Audit application environment to enforce necessary requirements to meet network security compliance.
- Maintain standard configurations, documentation, management of change, performance, and security.
- Maintain, and supervise monitoring applications and responding to resulting alerts.
- Maintain knowledge of key products and services including operating systems, office applications, ERP, internal applications, networking, security, and other key technology offerings
- Effectively prioritize service requests, escalations along with other duties and tasks daily
- Assist in holding the team accountable to the key business metrics.
- Participate in helpdesk activities.
- Monitor and maintain all application environments in the organization.
- Knowledge and experience with MS SQL and Postgres SQL.
- ASP coding experience a plus.
- Become subject matter expert on ERP system (RIMAS by SharedLogic)

While performing the essential functions of this job, the team member may be on occasion be exposed to loud noise, moving machinery parts, outdoor weather conditions and elements, airborne particles and fumes from gas, oil, grease, and welding arcs.
