JOB SUMMARY:
As the Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Director of Client Services and other client services team members in all marketing efforts for the organization. More specifically, you will support the development, maintenance, and make readily available all information regarding the marketing, business development and client services strategies of the firm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Support the development of marketing related efforts for all Client Services pursuits to include but not limited to creating tailored content using desktop publishing software for, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and presentations, while providing follow-up as necessary
- Provide input throughout all stages of the proposal development process including proofreading, editing, final production and delivery on multiple pursuits while concurrently meeting milestones and due dates
- Work with designated technical staff to develop proposal sections, scopes of work, and technical approaches
- Create graphic designs, deliver, edit, and optimize other marketing materials including brochures, resume’s, project data sheets, ads, etc.
- Maintain collateral/materials library in the firm’s content management systems and provide support for staff on marketing information systems, including the proposal log, the Deltek Ajera CRM and proposal database
- Update and maintain company-wide Style Guide utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain company website and collect, track, and analyze traffic data
- Monitor industry best practices and conduct analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
- Generate reports, presentations, forms and other documents used to demonstrate information flow and project results. May make presentations of periodic reports or special projects to organizational management
- Provide input towards campaign idea development and implementation (digital, social, print, etc.)
- Edit and coordinate press releases and other communications, photography, tradeshows, market research as well as overall marketing support for the firm’s Project Managers and Principals
- Interface with internal and external customers along with clients and vendors to ensure effective handling of service requests
- Assist with conference planning and attendance
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Required Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business-Related area of study
- 5+ years of client services/marketing experience
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Preferred Education and Experience
- A/E/C industry experience preferred
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) Deltek Ajera software or equivalent is a plus
- Trade association background a plus
LICENSURES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND REGISTRATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required
- This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machine
