Job Description: Field Marketing Specialist (New Jersey Region)

Overview:
Empire Portfolio Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist for the New Jersey region. This role is pivotal in driving brand presence and membership growth across 15 Orangetheory fitness studios and 4 Relive Health medical clinics in the area. Goals include creating business to business partnerships, increasing community engagement, and creating leads that turn into clients. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness. This role reports to the Empire Portfolio marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement community tactics to generate new member leads. Track and analyze the effectiveness of these strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish B2B partnerships. Leverage these partnerships for co-marketing opportunities, events, and promotions to drive studio trial.

Event Management: Plan and execute local marketing events and promotions, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and goals. Coordinate with studio managers to maximize event impact and member engagement.

Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador within the community, participating in local events and fostering positive relationships with current and potential members.

Local Awareness and Brand Building: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance Orangetheory Fitness's visibility and reputation in the state of New Jersey region. Support one open Relive Health clinic and pre-sale opening for three additional in 2024. Utilize various marketing channels to create brand awareness and articulate the unique value proposition of Orangetheory Fitness and Relive Health.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with studio and clinic managers to align local efforts with broader marketing strategies. Provide regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI. Training individual locations on self generating leads strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in field marketing or local activation & sales

Proven track record of developing and executing successful local and community marketing

Strong networking and partnership-building skills.

Excellent organizational and event management abilities.

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of the Orangetheory Fitness or regenerative health medical clinics and spas

Location: Central & Northern New Jersey
We would require periodically to the hub in NYC but candidate will be working out of Orange Theory studios and Relive Health Centers throughout the region on a daily/weekly basis.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (40 hours a week however days may vary based on events and activation schedule)
