POSITPOSITION SUMMARY
The Primary Care Physician (PCP) will deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Physician will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The PCP will work as part of a care team alongside our clinical support staff and other providers and will assist in delivering premium care to every patient we serve.
POSITION-SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide diagnostic and treatment medical service to patients according to local, state and federal standards of care
- Accurately chart and document patient visits in a timely manner using the electronic health record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve clinical and operational processes
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
- Participate in equitable after-hours and weekend coverage as directed by Chief Medical Officer
- Counsel patients about health and illness and discuss preventative health measures
- Refer to other health care providers as necessary
- Attend internal meetings as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Medical degree from accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Language: English fluency

- Certification: Board certified or Board-eligible and working towards certification, BLS/CPR Certification
