You Are:
Provide technical and/or business consultative guidance for CRM/ERP implementations. Review, design, and optimization of enterprise-systems, during both pre-sales and/or post-sales cycles.
The Opportunity:
- Creating and managing taxonomies and ontologies
- Designing and implementing content models and metadata schemas
- Developing and maintaining information architecture documentation and standards
- Architectural Leadership:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, including
- custom applications and integrations.
- Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and solution designs to meet business
- Align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends in ServiceNow and related technologies to drive
- Design and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize the
- Drive standardization and consistency across ServiceNow implementations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather
- requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and ensure
- alignment with architectural standards.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
- Establish governance frameworks for managing ServiceNow development and deployment.

What you need:
- Familiarity with Information Architecture Frameworks and Methodologies:
- Information Architecture Institute (IAI) standards
- Additional Technical Requirements:
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies:
- Familiarity with Version Control Systems:
- Knowledge of Cloud-Based Technologies:
- Understanding of DevOps Practices:
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with IT Service Management Frameworks:
- Familiarity with Security Best Practices and Compliance Regulations
- Certification in ServiceNow Development or Administration
- Experience with Other Programming Languages like Java or Python
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Concepts
- Familiarity with Containerization and Orchestration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solution
- Understanding of Database Concepts
- Proficiency in Database Management Systems
- Experience with Database Design and Development
- Information Architecture Skills:
- Understanding of Information Architecture Principles:
- Content modeling and metadata
- User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Experience with Information Architecture Tools and Techniques
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: New York
Compensation Range: $120,000-$180,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
