Job Overview:
The Analytical Psychology Club of New York is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
The Club was founded in 1941 and is the owner of the Kristine Mann Library, one of the most important and accessible resources in the world with regards to the work and interests of Carl Jung. The club represents the oldest repository of Jungian knowledge in North America.
Duties:
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Take minutes for board meetings
- Assist the President and Board of the Analytical Psychology Club with weekly tasks
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred
- Knowledge or familiarity with Carl Jung or Jungian Psychology is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
