Overview:
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our non-profit location. We are seeking a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth process.
- Handle appointments , cancellations, and assignments efficiently.
- Coordinate with other co-workers to help with their Medicare journey. etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
