We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual with a great attitude and work ethic to join our team to support the customer service and sales operations of our company. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering support phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner, gathering information to assist our customers.
- Accurately enter customer contact information and route inbound customer calls to customer service sales representatives.
- Routing inbound customer voice mails, emails, texts, and appointments within the department.
- Assisting customers with final balances, coordinating with third-party vendors and facilitating delivery scheduling.
- Credit card processing of sales invoices and COD balances.
- Organizing and maintaining customer account files for new sales and post-delivery orders.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications but not Required:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience with a Customer Management Relationship (CRM) software program.
- Call center experience answering phones and transferring calls while entering customer data.
