Position includes 4 weeks paid vacation during school year,
(Fall & Spring breaks - 5 days, Winter break - 10 days)

General Duties:
- Provide direct healthcare services to students and staff
- Assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor student immunizations and health records
- Develop and implement health plans for students with chronic conditions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers
- Conduct health screenings and assessments
- Respond to medical emergencies
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a nurse (RN or LPN) in Arizona
- Ability to assess vital signs and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Experience working as a nurse in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Terms of Employment:
- Contract – 10.5 months, Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Position includes 4 weeks paid vacation during school year,

6 weeks off during summer break, (unpaid)
- 10 days PTO
- Paid over 24 pay periods
- Non-Exempt
Salary Placement:
- LPN starting pay from $26/hour ($43,680 for 10.5-month contract)
- RN starting pay from $30/hour ($50,400 for 10.5-month contract)
*New hires are placed per the attached placement chart based on verified years of experience.
