Summary:
The RMG Practice Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and activities at the assigned satellite office to provide high quality, cost-effective care and delivering a positive customer experience. Responsible for monitoring financial stability of each site they oversee including effective management of revenue cycle metrics, keeping providers informed on their dashboards as well as budget compliance. The Practice Manager will meet with their Site Supervisors as well as their Director routinely. They will be responsible for the mentoring, development, and growth of Site Supervisors. Practice Managers will be an advocate for RMG by promoting a positive attitude when speaking of RMG's vision.

- Assist with on-boarding of new providers with credentialing and on-boarding coordinator.
- Encourage and promotes teamwork among all departments and services within the facility.
- Ensures provisions of safe, high quality patient care by staff.
- Assure all staff are fully trained and working within the scope for which they have been trained.
- Maintain DNV and ISO 9001 compliance.
- Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.
- Financial Responsibilities Include: Providing each provider with their monthly dashboard and site P & L and review the reports with each provider.
- The practice manager should have a high level of understanding of all reports so they can answer all questions.
- Provider each site supervisor with their monthly accounts payable for each clinic as well as their monthly productivity reports for LEM.
- Signs off on all purchases orders and invoices up to $500.00 .
- All purchase orders and invoices over $500.00 will be forward to Director for approval.
- Once signed the invoices will be sent to Accounts payable for disbursement.
- Ensures all business functions are operative and that processes are effectively and efficiently in place.
- Reviews processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Creates goals for satellite operations and ensures these goals are aligned with organizational goals.
- Operates within the context of an established budget.
- Makes recommendations for annual budget and maximizes opportunities to meet and exceed budget guidelines.
- Monitors SMR's working to meet budget.
- In conjunction with department director and where applicable, evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Work with Human Resources and Director on all employee issues.
- Manages daily operations at satellite office and coordinates work activities and schedules.
- Monitor open encounters and work with site supervisors and providers for timely closing of encounters and billing.
- Operates within the context of an established budget.
- Makes recommendations for annual budget and maximizes opportunities to meet and exceed budget guidelines.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Purposely explains the `why' in communications to promote understanding and engagement of team members.
- Advocate and provide answers for providers' questions.
- Review and approve site supervisor time card in Kronos and review timecards for all sites.
- Round at each site weekly. Strategic growth of practice and responsibilities for community outreach and marketing outreach including but not limited to community chambers and schools.
- Practice manager is required to participate, organize and facilitate marketing events for their clinics.
- They must also communicate and collaborate with other Practice Managers on events that may be beneficial for other departments.
- They must also facilitate new marketing ideas, collaborate / communicate new services, communicate any signage issues, and website issues.
- Initiates and maintains referral relationships in the community and participates in community development activities.
- Where applicable, works with department director regarding decisions with system-wide implications.
During down time works with IS and Site Supervisors to follow Down time procedure to assure safe patient flow.
