SUMMARY: Represents the organization in a professional manner when greeting members and visitors while on the phone and in-person, ensuring that they are directed to appropriate staff. Assists with various administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greets members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and direct to appropriate staff

Answers incoming telephone calls, determines needs and directs the caller to the appropriate person or department

Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable

Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information

Welcomes visitors, determines nature of business, maintains Visitor Log and badges, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel; monitors visitor access

Notarizes documents according to policy

Maintains the member coffee and water station, ensuring supplies are stocked
-
Maintains pamphlet/information racks in lobby; assists in keeping lobby in a neat and orderly appearance

Prepares materials for Business Development and ALEC Investment Advisors (AIA)

Reviews membership applications and forms and submit for imaging

Prepares disclosures for new account openings

Maintains professionalism while conducting business with members and vendors

Other duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent, obtain Notary Public Commission Certificate within six (6) months of hire and during required renewal periods

Experience Required: One (1) year of office or administrative experience

Experience Preferred: Two (2) years of office or administrative experience
