Cambria Hotel (located by the TBK Sports Complex) is adding a Part-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent to our team!
This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team.
Schedule: 3rd shift 11pm-7am; Thursday and Friday
Additional 2nd shift hours available upon request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Handles guest reservations.

Answers and transfers phone calls.

Posts charges and balances daily transactions.

Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
