Provides a world class customer experience by assisting customers with all their banking needs. Routinely works on both teller line and platform to provide prompt, efficient and accurate customer service duties as needed.
* Teller responsibilities include, but not limited to: accepting and processing customer transactions, accurate daily balancing, and adherence to Bank policies and procedures.
Cross-sells bank products and services, working with other branch employees to achieve goals.
Responsibilities may include working with customers and opening of new accounts.
Qualifications include basic computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, minimum of 6 months’ previous experience in customer service and handling large sums of cash required. Preferred one to two years related experience and/or training.
