We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience, and managing the front desk operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling guest messages, and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and ensure all relevant information is updated in the hotel's computer system.
- Provide information on resort amenities, services, and activities, and assist guests with reservations and bookings.
- Perform night audit duties, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly and professionally to all calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle a wide range of guest inquiries and requests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in phone systems and computer software.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Experience with resort and hotel operations is a significant advantage.
- Skills in hospitality management, customer service, and guest relations are essential for success in this role.
