WestWorks Learning Center is a small private practice in Texas, based out of Houston! We provide individual and small group intervention for speech therapy and dyslexia intervention at our clinic and in schools across the Houston area. We are currently hiring for an SLP and/or SLP-CF for school-based positions.
Current openings are in:
· Katy, Texas: full time caseload M-F 37.5 hours/week
· Katy, Texas: part time caseload, flexible scheduling to fit your preferred hours but must be during the school day (ex: T/Th 9:00-2:00)
· Katy, Texas: part time OR full time maternity leave coverage (multiple options available!)
At WestWorks Learning Center, we are family! We support our therapists with paid CEU’s, in-house training, and are readily available for questions and support regarding current caseloads! Pay ranges from $50-65/hour with options for W2 or 1099.

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other professionals and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide patient and family education about speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress.
- Provide counseling to families regarding communication strategies.
- Conduct research related to speech and language disorders.
