Job description
The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, establishing and building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable, available, professional and presentable.
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent Herbal Edible & Extracts products and services, and provide clients with a means to acquire them through in-person visits, phone calls, emails in order to exhaust all forms of communication. The sales representative shall have the ability to clearly convey our product's, as well as their benefits, while also listening to the clients needs.
- Meet weekly sales quotas in order to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Quotas will be reviewed on a weekly basis in sales review.
- Generate leads, establish, and grow relationships with clients under the Herbal Edibles & Extracts brand
- Asses & Support client sales by providing in-store branded displays, signage and posters.
- Promote our upscale partnership with in-store branding and HE&E brand program.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients by being available during peak business hours and quickly responding to customer inquiries.
- In-person visits to dispensaries to seek new business, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and follow sales protocols to close new business in all service categories offered.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to help clients find answers to their questions.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
- Participate as an effective team member who contributes to center-wide strategic planning goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years in-person sales experience
- Must be 21 years or older and obtain a valid drivers license
- Excellent 2-way communication, interpersonal communications, problem-solving, presentation, record keeping, accountability, and organizational skills
- General proficiency with PC, Microsoft suite, Google, etc.
- Personal integrity with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people
- Knowledge of principles and methods for data analysis and interpreting trends in a product life cycle
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events within the state of NM
Pay
- Commissions w/ Part Time hours for pop ups/trainings/meetings
