What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse client digital marketing projects. As our Program Manager at 83bar, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results within budget. In this client-facing role, you will be the go-to person for anything that involves the production and launch timelines, client satisfaction, and campaign development and implementation. You will be responsible for having important conversations with both internal and external stakeholders about campaign performance.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Manages multiple projects based on contractual agreements with clients, start to finish.

Help gather and analyze information to develop approaches for patient recruitment and retention marketing campaigns and strategies.

Conducts market research, forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of the projects assigned.

Maintains knowledge of patient recruitment trends and developments in the market; identifies client needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.

Manage in accordance with FDA, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.

Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of the projects assigned.

Collaborates in the development of new service offerings.

Composes, develops, evaluates, and facilitates training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.

Scheduling and managing deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and carrying out other supervisory responsibilities.

Understanding the company, its products, and its customer base to create effective marketing campaigns.

Ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy.

Organization of all creative assets for client and regulatory and ethical review.

Employ risk management and contingency planning techniques to mitigate project obstacles.

Use of reporting and analytics to measure key performance indicators internally and with clients.

Use of reporting and analytics to drive action for marketing campaign optimizations.

Developing, managing, and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.

Negotiates change orders and renewals for services.

Education and Experience:

3+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical science, healthcare marketing, or medicine-related fields with or equivalent experience.

Experience with Project Management theory and best practices.

Experience working with consumer healthcare education call centers.

In-depth knowledge of US clinical trial processes and regulations.

Consulting, digital marketing, and CRO experience preferred

Outside of US clinical trial regulations and processes preferred

Strong reporting & analytics experience. SiSense or Tableau proficiency is preferred
