DevCo is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist will work within the marketing department, supporting in the planning, development, and execution of the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives with an emphasis on digital strategies and producing creative materials based on key stakeholder requests and company brand guidelines.

Pay Details: $31.25-$43.27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Responsibilities
-
Promote and maintain the Company’s brand and messaging by producing consistent marketing materials, content, and creative ideas.

Complete graphic design requests and collateral design work through Canva, Abode Creative Cloud, and other design applications as needed. Requests include promotional materials, signage, collateral, reports, photo editing, graphics, and other items as needed by company
- Provide support to build and manage social media content and strategies as necessary. Aid team members and properties in creating professionally branded and engaging posts through various social media platforms including Soci, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, GMB, Twitter, and YouTube.

Manage advertising through Google ads, ILS, and other platforms as needed to ensure high occupancy rates for all entities and communities.
- Provide website management support, digital marketing, and SEO management efforts as assigned.
- Responsible for analyzing data and sharing finding with key stakeholders.
- Monitor coordination of company and property digital assets, including photography, videography, floorplans, site maps, and 3D tours.
- Provide support to product management, which will include designing, ordering, maintaining, management of portal website, restock and updates.
- Support internal company intranet content in coordination with IT, departmental stakeholders, and third party vendors.

Collaborate with internal (legal, PR, etc.) teams to align on messaging, approvals, goal alignment, etc.
- Collaborate with internal team and work with external vendors to create and execute promotional events and campaigns as needed for the company.
- Provide support to Operations with any Public Relations needs. Including but not limited to monitoring and analyzing media coverage and social media engagement, communication strategies and response plans, engaging appropriate departments as needed.
- Responsible for managing and responding to inquires through the shared marketing email inboxes in a timely manner.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experiences, preferably working in multifamily property management, construction, or commercial real estate industry

Prefer bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited institution or equivalent work history

Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Office 365, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be an analytical and critical thinker while successfully executing multiple projects at same time

Knowledge of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and social media

Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
