We are a family owned HVAC company in Elk Grove CA looking for a "Customer Service Representative". This is a fast-paced environment with occasional slow periods. We are in the process of growing our company and are looking for someone to grow with us. HVAC knowledge is not a requirement but a plus. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/dispatching role. Our mission is to provide first-class customer service. As one of the first point of contacts with customers, the ideal candidate should possess the same values and have a natural ability to develop and maintain customer relationships as well as be proactive in addressing customer requests.
Primary Tasks:
- Answer phone calls
- Collect customer information & book appointments with high level of accuracy
- Ensure customer database is up-to-date
- Act as liaison between service team and customers with clear communication
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Outbound follow up calls to existing customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' knowledge of HVAC.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/dispatching
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Computer proficiency
- Must be extremely organized.
- Must love talking on the and have a friendly, positive attitude.
- Must be good with computers and using different apps
- Prior knowledge of HVAC is preferred
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
