In this role, you will provide technical application leadership for assigned applications, including involvement with high-level functional issues, application design/integration, and the architecture of solutions in response to business and operational requirements. As a Senior Application Specialist, you will also serve as a technical liaison and mentor for Applications team, facilitate/lead technical discussions and/or presentations and develop internal best practices for application design.

Position: UKG Senior Application Specialist
Experience:
- UKG Workforce Management: 5 years (Required)
- Dell Boomi integrations: 5 years (Required)
- UKG Dimensions and PeopleSoft integration experience (Required)
Additional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience delivering UKG Workforce Management solutions, including UKG Dimensions.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with the Dell Boomi integrations.
- Experience with applications and business to be supported.
- Advanced application support and troubleshooting.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
- Experience implementation with UKG WFM Dimensions and Peoplesoft.
- Experience with the configuration and post-implementation support of UKG WFM.
- Focus on quality delivered solutions.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the UKG Pro systems and processes within the WFM solution.
- Lead integration implementation activities-support requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, design, build test, rollout, and support.
- Create data mapping from the source system(s) to UKG Dimensions.
- Develop UKG Dimensions Integration: Internal; Inbound and Outbound.
- Validate data conversion.
- Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability.
- Presents materials and communication to the team.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or application related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.
