RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Bellevue, WA that is seeking an Accounting Program Manager. This role involves leading the launch of global business initiatives across various lines of business. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and flexible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence the launch of business initiatives in consumer products, digital, merchant, operations, logistics, payments, and cloud computing
- Collaborate with global financial/supply chain systems, accounting operations, tax, and treasury teams
- Represent the accounting organization to stakeholders
- Drive complex projects, manage program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership
Typical Day:
- Meet with business, tech, and accounting stakeholders
- Review business requirements for project launches and assess financial impacts
- Implement tech solutions for accounting automation
- Draft accounting requirements and align them with US GAAP
- Start with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to understand project flow and system integration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of program/project management experience
- 5+ years managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or PMP certification
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Experience in accounting/finance process improvement and technology projects
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (FI/CO, MM, SD modules)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
