Here at Nursing CE Central you will be joining a fun, dynamic, and rapidly growing startup company. You will be highly valued as an employee and person and will play a major role in establishing the Slone NCLEX Prep Project.
As the Chief NCLEX Officer, your role will be to lead Slone NCLEX's educational efforts, working closely with company leadership to strategize and plan, then working with our other NCLEX Professor to implement projects. This role has a high project management focus, and the Chief NCLEX Officer will be expected to coordinate the team around the addition and maintenance of NCLEX Test Prep materials, including written and video content, and to manage and assist with various other projects.
Another key part of the role is developing and facilitating webinars for the nursing students who purchase the NCLEX Test Prep. The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual who is deeply passionate about nursing education and possesses strong project management skills.
This will be a highly collaborative role; communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary, as you will be working on projects with leadership, team members, our author network, and other contractors. Strong leadership & collaborative skills are vital for success in this role.
You will play a major role in researching, planning, & implementing various projects and in navigating any roadblocks, should they arise and will maintain ultimate responsibility for all NCLEX educational projects.
We are looking for a self-starter who is highly skilled, creative, and who understands the general trends within the nursing education industry. On-the-job training will be provided as necessary.

Experience/Education:
- MSN or higher in nursing education or curriculum development is required.
- Minimum 2 years in nursing education is required.
- Prefer APRN.
- Prefer 2 years in leadership experience.
- Prefer project management experience.
- Prefer NCLEX Test Prep experience.
- Prefer online education experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally demonstrated in prior experiences.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills demonstrated in prior experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated in prior experience.
Responsibilities: (On the job training provided.)
- Lead all Slone NCLEX educational projects, working with leadership to strategize and plan, then with the team to implement.
- Develop and validate all NCLEX Test Prep materials, including test questions, explanation videos, written materials, and more.
- Work with our author network, contractors and team members to outsource, review, and finalize applicable NCLEX material additions.
- Host regular and one-off webinars for nursing students, both 1-on-1 and en masse.
- Stay up to date with NCLEX news and updates.
- Manage NCLEX materials to ensure that all are accurate and up to date.
- Perform investigative research related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects.
- Work directly with all team members to interchangeably manage & execute tasks as related to various projects, including pivoting to address any roadblocks.
- Create & present data-based reports that are direct and informational.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Assist with other company initiatives and expansions as needed.
Hours:
Working hours will be M-F 8:00-4:30 EST. With weekends and select holidays off.
