Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales techniques to actively engage with individuals and promote the advantages of our membership programs.
- Negotiate membership terms and provide information on special offers to encourage sign-ups.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Utilize technology sales tools effectively, including Salesforce CRM, to manage leads and track progress.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features persuasively.
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with technology sales tools like Salesforce is advantageous.
