Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they have a pleasant stay.
- Check-in and check-out guests, handling any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Answer and respond to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage room assignments, room keys, and handle any special requests.
- Utilize our phone systems to communicate with guests and internal staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of guest information and room assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues guests may have.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them in a fair and professional manner.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop a strong understanding of the resort's amenities and services, making recommendations to guests as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel phone systems and computer software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual skills are an asset.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and hospitality management principles.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
