Order Entry Clerk
List Industries, a leader in the locker and shelving industry is looking to add an Order Entry Clerk to our facility in Deerfield Beach, FL. Order Entry Clerks process orders received from our sales and customer service departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret order release notifications from Customer Service.
- Audit COMT order information for accuracy.
- Virtually pick inventory to released orders.
- Print and compile order paperwork packets.
- Administer paperwork packet queueing according to pick status and ship date.
- Create shipment build requirements according to order components and stipulations.
- Print and compile shipping documents, lists and labels to order paperwork packets.
- Prepare Customs paperwork.
- Prepare and process lock orders.
- Process inbound parcel shipments.
- Process Fedex ground shipments.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is a full-time, on-site position. Hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k + match, paid time off and 8 paid holidays. We are a drug free workplace. ADA/EEOC compliant.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
