Welcome to BLR Visual Communications - the bay area's leading provider of signage and graphics. We are seeking to add an Office Administrator to our growing team. The role includes providing administrative support across the company including but not limited to marketing, sales, operations and general office - including answering phones, ordering supplies, admin support for owner and others. We are a fun, flexible, family like environment with a high degree of professionalism serving the largest companies and general contractors in the Bay Area.
A successful candidate for this position will:
- have 2-3 years of administrative support
- experience with marketing, sales and operational support
- be highly organized with laser attention to detail
- have tremendous communication skills with colleagues, customers and partners
- be skilled in other software programs including Microsoft Office and CRM applications
- be a team player, motivated to contribute every day and help others succeed
- own their work, be accountable for results and meeting individual and company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
