Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Troubleshoot and Repair customer equipment in a cost-effective manner
- Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction on sites that are assigned to you
- Service Reports and Expense Reports are to be completed per company protocols.
- Provide Tech Support to other engineers as needed
- Assist in Special Projects where needed
- Assist and Maintain ISO Process
- Participate in scheduled MRI and CT cross training.
- Provide onsite service for all imaging modalities in the designated Region. The equipment will mostly consist for MRI and CT.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting and repair experience in MRI and CT
- Imaging Field Service repair experience
- Degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology; military training; or equivalent preferred

- Employee Company Health Insurance and will pay 50% of the Premium
